Yes, it is important you have your Mercedes lease vehicle serviced at the correct time to avoid charges by your lease company. You are responsible for your lease vehicle and your Mercedes needs to be in a road worthy condition with your Services upto date. This is why, we, at MB Nottingham will carry out a full complimentary vehicle health check and carry out the service that is required on your vehicle.
Q. Do I need to service my Mercedes fleet vehicle at a franchised dealer?
No, you do not need to have your Mercedes lease vehicle serviced at a franchised dealer. We at MB Nottingham are an approved Independent Mercedes-Benz garage offering you the same services as the dealership but at an affordable rate. At MB Nottingham we have full access to the Digital Service Book so your service will be registered, your Service light will be reset and all parts we use are genuine Mercedes parts.
Q. Can I have my lease vehicle serviced at MB Nottingham?
Yes, you can have your lease vehicle serviced at MB Nottingham without having to worry if it invalidates your agreement. We will carry out the required service that your Mercedes needs in accordance to the Mercedes-Benz guidelines using only genuine Mercedes parts, we will reset your service light and register the Service onto the Digital Service Record.

No your manufacturer’s warranty will not be affected if you bring your lease vehicle to MB Nottingham. We will carry out the required service that your Mercedes needs in accordance to the Mercedes-Benz guidelines using only genuine Mercedes parts, we will reset your service light and register the Service onto the Digital Service Record.

Q. What other services do you offer if I bring my Mercedes lease vehicle to you?
We have a variety of different options for which suits you. You can book your Mercedes in a Collection & Delivery, our driver will pick your vehicle up between 08:00-10:00 from your home or work address and have it delivered back to you by the end of the day. We also offer a Shuttle bus service; where we can provide you with a lift, a Lounge service; where you can relax in our coffee lounge area with access to free wi-fi, television and drinks amenities or simply drop your Mercedes off to us and collect it by the end of the day.
